This position pays $17.13 – $25 an hour with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. • Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Manage customer relations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
• Maintain store cleanliness, perfect image, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to profitability.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Coordinate with eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.

Employees may encounter varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to 90°+ in some work areas. Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, and cramped walk‑in cooler quarters is common. Hot surfaces/tools range from oven temperatures up to 500° and above.

Physical tasks include:
- Standing most of the shift, walking on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces, and walking short distances.
- Sitting while completing paperwork at a desk or table.
- Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs and stocking shelves up to 72 inches high.
- Carrying containers up to 30 lbs, carrying pizza sauce, and moving large trays.
- Pushing and pulling trays on dollies, sometimes requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.
- Climbing ladders or stairs infrequently.
- Bending, stooping, and crouching to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching above 72 inches to operate ovens, change sign prices, and retrieve items from shelves.

Employees must maintain eye‑hand coordination throughout the shift and operate various machines, tools, and equipment such as computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza cutting tools.

For delivery or store management positions, additional duties include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing, driving within a designated delivery area, and traveling between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations. Delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.
