About the Job

This position pays $17.13–21.53 per hour wage plus tips and mileage. Paid Sick Leave is provided per WA State law. Qualifying full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits. Advancement opportunities are available through our promote‑from‑within program.

Domino's hires many drivers for flexible schedules that fit your needs, whether for school, other work, or personal time. Qualified drivers will work store locations in your area.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to navigate within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to give accurate monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to input orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Employees may be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during deliveries, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, and other hazards. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions such as dough shaping and box assembly.
