Senior Project Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with fixed assets and financial reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet month-end deadlines; overtime as needed.
Senior Project Accountant
Job Duties:
- Manage the general ledger and month-end close process.
- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset records and track capital projects.
- Complete bank reconciliations and sales/use tax reporting.
- Support internal and external audits with financial documentation.
- Verify inventory and ensure GAAP compliance.
