Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sets up and operates a cut-to-length machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and internal customers Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard operating practices

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Mechanical ability Able to read and use a tape measure Basic computer and keyboard skills Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with frequency.
