Location:
Osceola, AR $14.00 per hour Schedule 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM – 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay. Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and writing skills preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Job Duties
- Package finished food products into appropriate containers and cases
- Inspect bowls, pouches, containers, and packaging materials for quality and proper sealing
- Count products, cases, totes, and packaging materials accurately
- Examine products and containers to ensure packaging specifications are met
- Record production, packaging, and order information on required forms
- Apply labels to cases and verify packaging accuracy
- Load materials and products into packaging equipment
- Remove completed or defective products from production lines
- Assemble cartons, pallets, and totes for shipment preparation
- Transport packaged products to designated staging areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with shipment preparation
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
