Marathon Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician / Quality Inspector to help ensure every product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer. Position: QA Technician / Quality Inspector
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)

• Perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections on processed steel and finished materials
• Verify measurements, edge quality, surface condition, packaging, labels, tags, and product traceability
• Use measuring tools, inspection equipment, quality documentation, and computer systems to ensure accuracy
• Identify and document nonconforming materials before they move through production
• Partner with production, packaging, shipping & receiving, and supervisors to maintain the highest quality standards
• Maintain accurate inspection records and clearly communicate quality findings throughout the production process

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, decimals, gauges, widths, and tolerances
• Ability to read and follow quality procedures and inspection instructions
• Experience using measuring tools and documenting inspection results
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
