Front End Service Team Associate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They remain ready to help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods.

• Comply with store policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service: greet, thank, and answer questions.
• Process returns, refunds, and financial transactions accurately.
• Stand for long periods and assist customers as needed.
