Position: Security Account Manager

Location: Osceola, Arkansas

Salary: $65,000 / Year

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ Years of Age with a Valid Driver's License

Experience: Must have 5+ Years Security Experience and Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling: Leverage AI‑powered technology to schedule security officers, meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
  • Lead and develop security teams: Hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
  • Enhance client relationships: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality service that protects people and property
  • Handle security incidents and emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Direct compliance and operational excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards, and manage inventory such as uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies
Qualifications (Must Have)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws; may be required before employment
  • Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting business
  • Minimum of two (2) years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
  • Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Proficiency in web‑based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence
  • Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non‑billed overtime and turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory such as uniforms and equipment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
  • College degree in Business Administration or a law‑enforcement related field
  • Experience in law enforcement, military, proprietary security services, or facility management
  • Certification in ASIS or CPP
  • Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience
  • Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
  • Graduate of a certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)
