This is a full-time, on-site Armed Security Officer position based in Osceola, AR. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and equipment. Tasks involve monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the premises, controlling access points, reporting any security breaches, and responding to emergencies promptly. The Armed Security Officer will enforce company policies and regulations while maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor.

• Proficiency in security procedures, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
• Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to on-site needs
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate security-related equipment effectively
• Current firearms training and applicable state licensing for armed security roles
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or safety is beneficial
