Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, traffic flow, and compliance with facility access procedures.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
