Warehouse Counter, BRS

Job Description

Digital assessment test is required to be completed within 14 days of submitting application.

* Issue parts to BRS employees in a way that demonstrates a high level of customer service

* Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory counts are correct

* Work efficiently with the mill computer operating system especially as it relates to issuing warehouse parts

* Perform daily inspections of the warehouse

* Organize the warehouse in a way that contributes to efficiency

* Effectively work with required PPE

* Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout the work area and grounds

* Perform cross training within the warehouse to accomplish an understanding of all positions

* Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvements efforts

* Maintain flexibility regarding work schedule to include filling in for coworkers during their absence

* Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude

* Strong attention to detail and specifics

* Strong technical and analytical/problem solving skills/mechanically inclined/computer skills/highly organized

* Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player

* Strong communication/verbal skills and computer literate

* Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes

* Previous related experience preferred

* High School Diploma or equivalent
