Field Equipment Logistics Driver; CDL

Our drivers use our T3 technology to see routes, track fleet locations, and manage delivery details in real time—so you can focus on safe, efficient transport.

• Follow all state and federal transportation laws while operating your vehicle
• Transport heavy equipment safely and promptly over assigned routes while observing traffic laws and safety regulations
• Back and position the truck and trailer into tight loading/unloading areas using spotter signals
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed; use specialized equipment when warranted; return empty skids and gear to designated areas
• Collect and maintain invoices and bills of lading; turn in paperwork to the shipping office or appropriate staff at the end of your route
• Conduct routine service checks (oil, water, fuel, air) and elevate maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor
• Stage and arrange trailers in the yard to optimize loading patterns
• Pitch in on other related tasks as assigned

• Professional, courteous communication with customers and teammates at delivery points
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy environment

• Commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license per state requirements, suitable for vehicle weight
• Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

• Long stretches seated in a truck cab
• Lift/move up to 40 pounds
• Frequent travel
• CDL drivers may be required to be clean shaven in order to deliver to Equipment Share customers who have this requirement

• Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
• This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
