IMMEDIATE Opportunity for BILINGUAL English /French Candidate to join our Head Office Administration and Accounting team.
We are expanding our accounting and administration team and are looking for a new team member who will be involved in a variety of duties primarily with the accounting team. Bilingual English/French is a must and prior experience in accounting is desirable, however, we are willing to train if you have prior office experience. We have an opportunity for a candidate with a keen eye for detail, a head for numbers, and a curiosity and interest in working with our clients and supporting our sales team administratively.
Some of the key responsibilities may involve:
- Entering orders in our computer system.
- Invoicing shipped orders.
- Process and issue credits as needed.
- Setting up new client accounts.
- Client communications.
- Account reconciliations.
- and other administrative duties that support overall department and Company needs.
Qualifications:
- Ideally a certificate in basic accounting, administration, or related field.
- Bilingual (English/French) – spoken and written fluency required. We will not consider any candidates who do not speak French.
- 1–3 years of office/administrative experience (preferred).
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving skill.
