Midway Nissan a proud member of the Drive Auto Group, is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both the sales team and customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support all administrative functions within the Sales DepartmentPrepare and process vehicle deal files accurately and efficientlyAssist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up communicationsCoordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and documentation requirementsMaintain accurate customer and sales records within dealership systemsWork closely with Finance, Accounting, Service, and Licensing departments to ensure timely completion of dealsMonitor inventory status, incoming vehicles, and delivery timelinesSupport sales staff with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and documentation preparationEnsure all paperwork complies with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulationsAssist in maintaining showroom organization and presentation standardsProvide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phoneSupport management with reporting and other administrative tasks as requiredQualifications
Previous administrative or coordination experience in an automotive dealership environment is considered an assetStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProfessional and customer-focused attitudeOMVIC licensing is considered an assetWhat We Offer
