Job Opportunity

Midway Nissan a proud member of the Drive Auto Group, is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both the sales team and customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support all administrative functions within the Sales Department
  • Prepare and process vehicle deal files accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up communications
  • Coordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within dealership systems
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Service, and Licensing departments to ensure timely completion of deals
  • Monitor inventory status, incoming vehicles, and delivery timelines
  • Support sales staff with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and documentation preparation
  • Ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations
  • Assist in maintaining showroom organization and presentation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Support management with reporting and other administrative tasks as required
  • Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or coordination experience in an automotive dealership environment is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • OMVIC licensing is considered an asset
