As a Property Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support while working directly with the Commercial Property Management team. Your responsibilities include data entry for tenant information, preparing notices, and reviewing reports. With a commitment to customer service and community, you'll engage with our valuable industrial and retail tenants in a vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding receivable and payable accounts

• Act as the first contact for tenant inquiries and work orders

• Complete data entry for accounting, including bank deposits

• Maintain files and reports related to tenants and leases

• Co-ordinate and complete work orders efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proactive problem-solving skills and professionalism

• Experience in customer service and administration
