Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize scheduling software for efficient care provider assignments

• Meet KPIs in call handling and scheduling accuracy

• Maintain communication with clients and care providers

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Manage and update scheduling databases accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education

• 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Scheduling

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced computer literacy with various applications
