In this essential management role, the Vision Centre Manager oversees all aspects of the optical department's operations  will ensure compliance with professional standards, federal regulations, and company policies while developing the business to meet sales budgets. Building strong relationships with optometrists and healthcare providers will be crucial for fostering community ties and enhancing customer experience.
