As a Trade Spend Analyst, you'll manage deductions and promotions tied to customer agreements. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience in trade spend management. You will analyze reports, collaborate with various departments, and ensure accurate financial data, contributing to seamless month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate trade promotions and discounts
• Monitor and analyze all customer deduction claims
• Prepare and reconcile financial reports related to trade spend
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies
• Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar trade spend role
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Experience with MS Dynamics or related systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
