Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and monitor deliverables across teams

• Document project requirements and manage stakeholder communications

• Facilitate improvement projects using agile methodologies

• Support training and integration of new processes

• Create progress reports that enhance visibility for leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years project management experience

• Exceptional English language skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

• Background in charitable organizations or churches is beneficial
