Join Pro Ampac as a Business Unit Controller, guiding financial strategy across our manufacturing sites. You'll manage P&L preparation, budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations.

This position demands robust leadership skills to oversee the finance team and develop training programs that enhance operational efficiency. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain effective communication with senior leadership. Your leadership will enable informed financial decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all accounting operations and financial reporting

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities

• Analyze financial data and prepare timely reports

• Enhance cash flow forecasting and program efficacy assessments

• Manage personnel actions and departmental alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 10 years in a manufacturing finance role

• CPA certification preferred

• Effective leadership and communication abilities

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office
