In this 14-month contract with the Finance team, you will liaise with clients globally as part of The Semex Alliance. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable functions, cash receipt recordings, and ensuring effective invoice generation. Commitment to customer service excellence is key in this interactive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input cash receipts daily and accurately
• Collect payments from overdue customer accounts
• Facilitate customer correspondence across various channels
• Generate invoices and update account records
• Conduct reconciliations and liaise with auditors
Requirements:
• Background in Accounting or Finance (Post-Secondary)
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Mastery of MS Office software
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
