They are seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a key connection point between Finance and core business operations, including sales, purchasing, logistics, and technology.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on driving business value through financial analysis, operational insights, KPI development, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision‑making
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organizational goals
Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams to improve financial performance
Support risk management initiatives and internal controls
Assist with business growth initiatives through financial analysis and reporting
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance functions
Help implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance/accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with risk management concepts and internal controls
Experience with financial software systems preferred
