Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting and cash flow programs
• Lead ad hoc analyses for management and stakeholders
• Enhance internal financial controls and processes
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members
• Drive financial understanding organization-wide
Requirements:
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years in a similar financial role
• Experience with public sector financials advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Solutions desirable
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
