Position: FP&A Analyst at Ren's Pets

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will support crucial financial functions within the fast-paced retail and e-commerce landscape. Engage in variance analysis, prepare vital reports, and drive data-based decision making that propels business growth. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports with variance analysis

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Analyze trends to recommend opportunities and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Minimum 2 years in FP&A, preferably in retail
