The Director of Business Modernization for Finance leads the execution of critical modernization initiatives, focusing on processes, data, and enabling technology. You will construct the program management framework and governance structures necessary for success. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in modernization initiatives
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
