Location: Whitby
Join Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser as a Portfolio Administrator in Whitby, Ontario, focused on client service and portfolio management. This role supports Relationship Managers and enhances overall client experience.
The Portfolio Administrator will assist with managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for client inquiries, onboarding processes, and customized reporting. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all bank regulations while working closely with Relationship Managers and actively contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely client support and respond to inquiries
• Prepare and customize client reports and correspondence
• Manage the client onboarding process effectively
• Coordinate business development activities with Relationship Managers
• Enhance client experience through process improvement
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field
• Two years of experience in the financial industry
• Strong understanding of Scotia Wealth products and services
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Ability to handle operational compliance tasks
