Lead financial management at Clearwater Structures as an Assistant Controller. This hands-on role demands strong business acumen and is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency in construction projects.
In this newly created position, you will report directly to the Controller and play a pivotal role in financial planning and management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial records, risk management, and stakeholder presentations, all while building a collaborative team culture. You are expected to enhance operational growth through strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead special projects focusing on process improvements
• Develop financial management plans and budgets
• Maintain financial records for each project
• Monitor risk management policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in construction or manufacturing finance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
• Accounting designation (CGA, CPA, or CMA) or in progress
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Proficient in accounting software, Jonas experience a plus
