Senior Actuarial Associate

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Senior Actuarial Associate (Risk Modelling Production Lead) for a leading Canadian insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting end-to-end production of quarterly AML reporting and annual ORSA results. This is a hybrid position that is onsite 2x week in Guelph, Mississauga, Burlington, or Regina.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of actuarial experience, including experience producing and explaining results in a reporting cycle environment and managing others

You are ACIA or ASA qualified (FSA is an asset but not required)

You have hands on experience with ALM and/or ORSA modelling and reporting, including reconciliation/validation and preparation of management ready summaries

You have knowledge of regulatory requirements and actuarial standards relevant to life insurance (e.g., stress testing, scenario analysis, and governance expectations)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

General coding experience with any program
