Position: Finance Manager for Energy Company

This position is integral to managing month-end and quarterly reporting processes while preparing consolidated financial statements. You will implement internal controls, develop accounting policies, and manage general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. Financial analysis and reporting will support senior management's decisions and enhance overall financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and quarterly financial reporting processes

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for accuracy

• Implement internal controls and develop accounting policies

• Manage GL reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare presentations for leadership

Requirements:

• CPA designation completed or in progress

• MBA degree or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with public company reporting

• Background in progressive management roles
