Position: Senior Funds Finance Manager Role

Elevate fund administration as a Senior Finance Manager on a 21-month contract. Collaborate with an executive team to drive compliance and accurate reporting.

In this prominent role, you will partner with the Director of Fund Administration & Reporting and CFO to lead the financial operations of the fund. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive financial reports, coordinating audits, and ensuring tax compliance, all while leveraging your CPA certification and expertise in Investran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct fund administration and investor communication

• Create timely quarterly financial statements and analyses

• Conduct thorough valuations of fund investments quarterly

• Manage audit organization and requirements for partnerships

• Support tax-planning forecasts and document preparation

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with Investran software

• Strong organizational skills for detailed work

• Effective problem-solving capabilities
