In this vital contract role, the Finance Manager works alongside the Director of Fund Administration & Reporting and the CFO. You will oversee fund financial operations while ensuring tax compliance and preparing accurate financial statements. Your expertise in advanced Excel and Investran is essential for driving success and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall fund operations and investor relations

• Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages and statements

• Conduct quarterly fund investment valuations accurately

• Organize annual audits and manage working papers

• Develop tax-planning forecasts as required

Requirements:

• CPA designation required for this role

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience with Investran essential for success

• Robust organizational skills to ensure accuracy

• Proactive problem-solving abilities in finance
