Financial Clerk at University of Guelph

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all departmental purchase transactions accurately

• Reconcile monthly Procurement Cards for financial accuracy

• Prepare detailed journal entries and corrections

• Assist with hiring processes using Gryphons at Work

• Liaise with suppliers to fulfill departmental needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• Minimum one year of finance or accounting experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of university policies and procedures

• Strong organizational and communication skills
