You will oversee the lease portfolio's performance and profitability while spearheading business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lease portfolio performance and profitability

• Review and approve transactions with credit adjudication

• Monitor performance metrics including delinquency trends

• Develop strategies for portfolio growth in retail and commercial

• Lead and mentor a high-performing leasing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in leasing or commercial finance

• Proven leadership experience driving business growth

• Strong understanding of credit adjudication and risk

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
