Location: Port Perry
Be a vital part of guest experiences as a Part-Time Food & Beverage Host at Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel.
Your role will encompass customer interaction, transaction processing, and maintaining a clean atmosphere.
In this position, you'll work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to serve guests effectively while ensuring compliance with health regulations. You'll greet patrons, manage cash transactions, and contribute to a pleasant dining environment. Energetic candidates who excel in a fast-paced setting will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests efficiently and warmly
• Process transactions and ensure cash accuracy
• Keep dining and service areas clean at all times
• Promote food and beverage specials to guests
• Report issues affecting guest experience to the supervisor
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid Smart Serve Certificate needed
• Previous cash handling experience essential
• Familiar with P.O.S. systems is a benefit
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
