As a Steward reporting to the Sous Chef, you will support kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and assisting Culinary staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Keep kitchen and cafeteria areas clean and tidy

• Maintain all kitchen utensils and equipment

• Sweep and mop as needed in service areas

• Assist in kitchen duties and staff breaks

• Report defective equipment to management immediately

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience

• Must have WHMIS certification

• Demonstrated strong initiative and teamwork skills

• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

• Ability to pass a criminal record check
