Lead the guest experience at Thermea Spa Village Whitby as the Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in enhancing wellness through exceptional service and operational success.
As the Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Assistant Director of Operations and manage a team dedicated to providing unmatched guest experiences. Your responsibilities include developing operational standards and ensuring efficient team performance, all while fostering a serene environment for guests looking to escape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for guest experiences
• Participate in critical decision-making for the spa
• Ensure high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Supervise the team’s performance and development
• Complete operational reports and monitor feedback
Requirements:
• Diploma in hospitality or related field is beneficial
• Five years of experience in wellness or hospitality
• Three years in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with CRM and hospitality software
