Lead and coordinate significant projects as a Project Leader I. Your expertise in project management and communication is essential for managing hybrid work and diverse stakeholders.

This role targets a skilled individual experienced in project management with a solid background in construction. You will organize and control all project phases while ensuring adherence to governance requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive project information and managing stakeholder communications for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and control all project management stages

• Prepare project background and business case submissions

• Gather input from stakeholders for accurate project estimates

• Lead meetings to coordinate project requirements

• Review contractor submissions and schedules for compliance

Requirements:

• 4-year university degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng) is an asset

• 6-10 years in project management in construction

• 5+ years experience in live construction environments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
