Position: Market Manager for PODS

Lead daily operations of a PODS storage center in Canada, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. This Market Manager role focuses on directing associates and managing logistics in a dynamic environment.

As a Market Manager I, you will oversee storage center operations within a designated territory. This role requires strong leadership, involving recruitment, training, and retaining top talent while providing hands-on support. You’ll enhance customer experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage operational logistics for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations and manage team performance

• Maintain preventative maintenance on center and driver equipment

• Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and safety standards

• Coordinate routing and assign work shifts based on business needs

• Conduct regular pre-shift meetings for team alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years management experience required

• High School diploma; college degree preferred

• Ability to obtain a commercial license and forklift certification

• Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment issues

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
