Manager of Youth Wellness Hub

Lead impactful youth services with the role of Manager at the Youth Wellness Hub in Oshawa. Oversee operations, support staff, and ensure quality service delivery in a collaborative environment.

As Manager of the Youth Wellness Hub, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of an integrated care model for Durham's youth. Your leadership will facilitate a trauma-informed approach, focusing on inclusivity and youth voice. You will lead a diverse team and foster partnerships that enhance service delivery and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Youth Wellness Hub model aligned with strategic priorities

• Supervise an interprofessional team of clinicians and support staff

• Manage daily operations to ensure safety and accessibility

• Collaborate with youth groups to meet community needs

• Monitor compliance with service agreements and quality standards

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in youth services

• Strong understanding of youth development principles

• Experience with diverse communities and anti-oppressive practices

• Proficiency in data management and program evaluation
