Dry Utilities Project Manager

Lead a major GO Transit project with Ledcor as a Dry Utilities Project Manager in Oshawa, Ontario. Oversee utility relocation and ensure project safety with a skilled team.
In this site-based position, Ledcor seeks a project manager to functionally manage dry utility relocations while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will leverage your extensive 8-10+ years of experience in utility construction to coordinate stakeholder communications and oversee both temporary and permanent utility efforts. Strong relationship management with external consultants and contractors is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dry utility relocation scope and execution plans

• Oversee onsite productivity, safety, and quality

• Coordinate utility interface works and stakeholder management

• Prepare detailed progress reports and analyze project designs

• Enforce compliance with project policies and railway regulations
Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in a utility construction role

• Relevant post-secondary education in civil engineering preferred

• Profound experience with third-party utility companies

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Valid provincial driver’s license required
