Position: Lead Pastor for Chinese Evangelical Church

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pastoral care initiatives within the church

• Drive outreach efforts to engage the local community

• Mentor and disciple church members spiritually

• Collaborate effectively with deacons and ministry leaders

• Organize church events and programs to support growth

Requirements:

• Theological training from an accredited seminary

• Minimum three years of pastoral experience in North America

• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese for preaching

• Passion for small-town ministry and community outreach

• English proficiency is an asset
