In the Philanthropy Coordinator role, you will provide essential administrative and project support to elevate fundraising strategies. Collaborate with the team to prepare comprehensive donor materials, manage grant applications, and foster relationships with donors and community partners. Your efforts will significantly enhance fundraising capacity and operational effectiveness, contributing to the Foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate donor relations and fundraising activities support

• Prepare necessary fundraising materials and correspondence

• Assist with managing grant applications and reporting

• Conduct donor research to inform engagement strategies

• Facilitate donor stewardship and recognition processes

Requirements:

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in fundraising

• Strong communication skills for effective donor interactions

• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or similar databases is an asset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Dedication to enhancing community healthcare through philanthropy
