Outside Sales Representative

Location: Whitby

Our client, is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. If you are energized by building new business, developing strong customer partnerships, and representing a trusted technical service offering, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

This role will focus on expanding an assigned territory, identifying new customers, and promoting a range of maintenance programs and service solutions. You will play an important part in strengthening market presence while contributing directly to long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, research, and networking
• Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present service solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Maintain consistent follow-up on inquiries and opportunities
• Achieve territory KPIs and sales targets
• Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts
• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights
• Participate in trade shows and industry events

Qualifications:

• Several years of outside sales experience carving out a territory
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
• Organized and able to manage priorities effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
