This Inside Sales role involves nurturing customer relationships and responding to inquiries to support revenue goals. You will manage outbound calls, resolve issues, and provide essential product guidance tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 15-30 outbound calls each day to drive sales
• Process requests for pricing and product availability
• Resolve customer issues effectively with system tools
• Provide upselling recommendations to customers
• Maintain detailed call logs and updates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong skills in mathematical operations
• Willingness to learn company-specific systems
