Role Description

The Sales Representative – Oshawa - New Home Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for greeting prospective buyers, conducting model home and site tours, and presenting community features, floor plans, pricing, and incentives in a clear and professional manner. The Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and qualification through contract preparation, purchase agreement execution, and coordination with internal teams for closing.

Daily activities include responding to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up consistently with leads.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in residential real estate or new home sales, preferably with a builder or developer, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse buyers and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with technology and sales tools, including CRM software, email, virtual meeting platforms, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work on‑site during peak sales hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by community traffic and events.
  • Relevant real estate license or registration for Ontario (or willingness to obtain, if required), and prior experience in the Greater Toronto Area market is an asset.
  • High level of professionalism.
