Be a vital part of the Midway Nissan team as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the Sales Department and enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Your coordination skills will be key to facilitating smooth dealership operations.
In this role, you will coordinate administrative tasks and assist the sales team with various responsibilities. Your focus will include processing vehicle deals, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring all documentation is complete. Collaborate with finance and service departments to support the timely completion of sales transactions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate administrative functions in the sales department
• Accurately prepare vehicle deal files for processing
• Guide customers through vehicle deliveries and follow-ups
• Document and track sales and customer information
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and standards
Requirements:
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Professional demeanor focused on customer service
