In this role, you will utilize your 3-7 years of experience to grow existing accounts and develop strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include executing account plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and grow an approximate $3M–$7M book of business
• Drive retention and profitability through strategic account planning
• Facilitate regular job-site visits and customer meetings
• Partner with branch operations and inside sales teams
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
Requirements:
• 3-7 years in outside sales or account management
• Experience in building materials or distribution preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• High comfort level with CRM systems
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
