Enhance your career in automotive sales management with Performance Auto Group. This full-time role focuses on meeting sales goals, training staff, and nurturing customer relationships. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Sales Managers and the General Manager to plan department objectives and streamline operations.
Your focus will also include achieving sales targets, conducting meetings, and supporting staff training. You'll play a vital role in driving revenue while maintaining high standards of customer service and complying with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and forecasting sales goals
- Conduct monthly meetings with sales employees
- Train sales staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
- 3 years of retail vehicle sales management experience
- OMVIC Certification required
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record
