Join MSI as a Tile Sales Specialist responsible for increasing sales margins within the dealer network. This full-time position revolves around effective customer relationships and product excellence.
As an Associate at MSI, you will manage your territory to boost sales of flooring and counter top offerings. Your expertise will help educate retailers and facilitate negotiations with consumers. The ability to analyze sales trends and resolve customer inquiries is key for your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Provide training on products to retail staff
• Manage showroom displays and customer tools
• Prepare contracts and estimate delivery dates
• Attend trade shows and assist in promotional events
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Previous sales experience preferable
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Bilingual in Spanish is a desirable asset
