Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

A growing residential real estate developer is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support the sales and marketing of recent home communities. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and guiding purchasers through the home-buying process.

• Welcome and engage prospective home buyers through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Conduct community, model home, and site tours while presenting features, floor plans, pricing, and incentives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to purchase agreement execution and closing coordination.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Experience in residential real estate, new home sales, or a related sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Ontario real estate licensing or registration is considered an asset.

Pay: $60,400.00–$90,957.25 per year

• Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Residential real estate or new home sales: 2 years (required)
• Real estate sales with pre-construction sales: 2 years (preferred)
